Landscape design, planting and site supervision
I accompany a project from the first site visit to the finished planting. Services can be commissioned as a whole or individually.

I develop gardens and outdoor spaces from the place itself: from its topography, its climate and the building tradition of the Saanenland. I draw all plans myself, from concept through design development to detailed drawings in Vectorworks.
For architects I work as landscape consultant within the project team and deliver at the pace of the building design. Plans are exchanged as DWG, IFC and PDF.
Site supervision
A garden takes shape on site. I supervise the landscape works, agree details with the contractors and choose stones and plants together with you.
I keep quality, schedule and costs under constant review. On larger projects I work under the overall management of the architect.
Planting design and planting
I design planting for gardens, terraces and courtyards: trees, shrubs, perennials, grasses and mountain meadows, matched to altitude, soil, sun and snow load. I select the plants at the nursery myself.
On request I also carry out the planting myself, from planting through to initial aftercare. That way the plan is realised exactly as intended.

Analysis
Site visit, survey of terrain, existing features and soil, review of building regulations. Together we clarify your wishes, how the space will be used and the overall framework.

Concept
A clear idea for the place, in sketches and options, with a first cost estimate so you can decide early.
Preliminary design, SIA 105 phase 31 - 03
Project
Landscape plan with terrain, materials and planting, cost estimate and documents for the building permit.
Design development and planning permission, SIA 105 phases 32 and 33 - 04
Detailed design
Detail and planting plans, tendering of the works and coordination with building, civil engineering and services.

Site supervision
I am on site, check quality and costs and carry out the final acceptance with you. On request I do the planting myself. At the end you receive a maintenance guide.
Construction and commissioning, SIA 105 phases 52 and 53
After a first meeting on site you receive a fee proposal based on SIA 105.
